Dear Australia,

I'm writing to complain about the quality of food and service in every place I have been since I've been here. I have eaten out a various different restaurants and takeaways places, I have even bought food from your supermarkets and I must say, it really truely is not that great.

Your bacon has little taste and is incredibly fatty, I bought a fresh squeezed juice which tasted like 90% water. But his is not the only issue.

You should no longer be calling the "quick" food outlets 'fast food' as it is far from fast, your workers move so slow that I'm sure a blind quadraplegic could do the job just as fast. It's not just food wrokers either, it's ALL workers I have encountered.

Ok so Foo Fighters ROCKED last night. We were right up close to the stage on the right hand side.
I took some pics, not all great but you get the idea. At some points we were a mere 5 or so metres from Dave (within spitting distance perhaps?)

Yes it's that time again where I make an entry. I've been relatively slack on the using of my 'puter. I find that I just can't be f*cked. I've normally already been awake for 12 odd hrs by the time I get home from work and quite frankly it's the last thing on my mind.

So what have I been up to? Not a hell of a lot.

I saw Dai Henwood live on Saturday night, that was pretty funny. In fact I laughed the whole time so much that my guts hurt afterwards.
We (Kevin, Tidal & I) saw The Spiderwick Chronicles a couple of weeks back. That was mildly amusing. It was like Harry Potter and The Labyrinth but without the coolness of muppets & David Bowie.
And I'm off to Foo Fighters tonight which should ROCK!

We still have Tidal over every 2nd weekend which is cool, he's smarter each time we see him.

Work is still the same. I still get up at 6.30am to go to work and get home at 6.30pm.
Although yesterday our team leader told us he's moving to Ireland in August so I will apply for his job when it comes up.

Other than that life seems to be ticking along nicely. Same shit different day. I need a holiday I think.

Awesome new band LEGACY OF DISORDER will be playing the Wednesday 28 November at the Kings Arms in Auckland from about 9pm.
Music style is comparable to Pantera & Sepultura. This is their Album release gig.

Auckland Halloween Zombie Walk
So... What is a 'Zombie Walk'?

Basically, you walk with your undead brethren through the corridors of the City of Sails CBD - Queen Street, in all your gore and glory!

Be one of us because you are a Horror movie fan, because you love costume, or to make a statement. How often do you get to participate in something this weird?

All that is required is that you show up in costume, respect laws and practice common sense. Bring your friends. Nothing says you love someone quite like caking yourself in make-up and limping down the street together!
